If we put together what Snead says, separate from what McVay says, and add in what Demoff says, and then watch what they do, the conclusions are easy to reach:
Rebuilding is over.
Being the youngest team in the league has now outlived its purpose.
The Rams believe they can be a Superbowl contender for the next few (several?) years, beginning in 2018.
The goal is win Championships now.
This means bringing in vets to upgrade at critical spots and not stocking up on draft picks to be used only for .........drafting. Any collection of picks will be split between drafting and using for player trades.
