Getting peters at the price they did, allows them to still sign another mid range corner for 7 mil per or so. amukamara maybe? I think they will do that in order to give them flexibility in the draft. i would love vea but its not looking like he will be there either so i think they will also fill the nt via free agency also. i like allen from philly. they could go edge but i dont particularly like the edge players who will likely be there in the 20s. i would like to go ot but im not sure there is guy worth of the pick so even though i like sullivan maybe they let him go and go center with price. there are a number of other pretty good center options as well if you want to trade down into the second.
My thought processes are largely in sync with yours right now.
Given Webster's injury, I have a strong expectation that they still address CB in free agency. My it's a mid tier signing in the $7M range like Amukamara, Rashan Melvin, etc. but it could be even lower in the $4M range like Webster was last year someone like Ross Cockrell.
I don't like the edge player value in the 20's either. Same with OT. As for Center, I just can't see Snead doing interior OL in the 1st round. The way things are taking shape, I think a trade down is more and more likely.
I'm kind of lukewarm on feeling the NT need via free agency. I think Phillips likes that to be an inexpensive position which would suggest addressing that in the draft. But who knows... There is Allen who you mentioned and Justin Ellis who would both be decent options. I'm not excited about either though.
