PFT: Rams & 9ers have been in 3 wk bidding war for Peters.

They said Lynch really wanted this guy, which means he didn't come cheaply.

BTW: Peters had 21 INT's (2 in playoffs) his first 3 years. Only player to have more? Ed Reed. I'll take that company any time.

My guess: We gave up a 1st & 4th this year and a high (2nd or 3rd) next year.

Good trade IMHO.
