Well, I would recommend two moves that would fix two positions for at least a couple of years at C and for around 5 years at LG.
Extend Sully for 2 years. It’s a no brainer and wouldn’t be costly. Buys time to find and groom his replacement if they want something better than Blythe long term.
Extend Saffold if at all possible. He’s earned it and LG would be solid, maybe close to elite, for the next 5 years.
I like Hav and Brown, personally. If they have another good season, why not extend both and roll with them?
That leaves us with only the need to find our long term replacement for Whit. Still a big deal, but now only one position, instead of 5, potentially. Doable by Spring of ‘19, I would think.
Oh, and give Kromer a big raise, not just a new job title. He’s earned it.
