I'm not talking about re-signing our own FAs. I'm talking about new guys.
For me:
1) Jimmy Graham
2) Navarro Bowman
3) Haloti Ngata
I'm not including Talib or Butler because Talib is NOT a FA, but will likely be cut or traded. I can see the Rams trading for him (a 5th or 6th rounder). However if Talib is cut, then I would move him into 2nd place and drop Ngata from the top 3.
Bowman is a longer term solution while Ngata is probably a 1 year solution as a 2 down NT. But if we got both, our run D would be far better instantly.
I'm not naive about Graham. He flat doesn't like to block. But he is a really a tough match up as a Receiving TE and especially in the Red Zone. And the Red Zone is where the Rams really struggled last year. Graham would make the Rams more Philly-like in that you just can't guard them all.
