I suspect the Rams are going to try to gain another high pick via trade. Perhaps as high as a 2nd, but more likely a 3rd. Teams don't easily give up 2nd rounders.
I could see the Rams trading Quinn plus a lower round pick (a 5th?) for a 3rd. He's young enough, had a good year health wise, and he needs to be on a 4-3 front to be most effective. His salary is high, but not that high for a pass rushing DE in his prime.
I really think the Rams are going to target OT early, with a replacement of Whitworth in 2019 (and back up for 2018). Highly unlikely to get a starting quality LT (even if he has to redshirt a year) any later than the 2nd round.
