I doubt Colvin is a prize target of any sort. But I do think he is a good example of players they can get at CB at a small fraction of the cost of Johnson. Re-sign Robey-Coleman, add a free agent of his caliber, and draft a CB high and I am fine with their CB group (including Hill).
Colvin is one example of a target that shouldn't be too costly. Although there is some projection with him on whether he can play outside CB since he has not done that at all since joining the league.
I do think they can sign two CB's such as Colvin, Kyle Fuller, or Ross Cockrell for nearly the same money TruJ will command. I wouldn't be surprised if they go that route. It would have the benefit of not having to force a CB pick high.
