Colvin is one example of a target that shouldn't be too costly. Although there is some projection with him on whether he can play outside CB since he has not done that at all since joining the league.

I do think they can sign two CB's such as Colvin, Kyle Fuller, or Ross Cockrell for nearly the same money TruJ will command. I wouldn't be surprised if they go that route. It would have the benefit of not having to force a CB pick high.
