I think he's better than a backup. Overall, his decision-making leaves a lot to be desired at times but I think you also have to adjust his numbers somewhat having playing in NY's stadium all these years too.

The guy can't overcome everything but put him on the Vikings or Cardinals or whatever and he'd be right back in the playoffs.
