Pederson and Reich put in a lot of Chip Kelly concepts that catered to what Nick Foles did well and built his confidence.

That's what great coaches do they accentuate what a player does well and does not try to stick a round peg in a square hole.

Pederson despite losing a lot of key players wins the SB.

He really should have been COY!
