IMO, it was a great season just because it's been so long since we've had even a winning season, let alone a playoff appearance. I guess it just depends on what the word "special" means to an individual. I think it would have been truly special if we had made the Super Bowl.
Nonetheless, I think that we're in for a pretty good run of seasons for awhile. Let's hope at least one of them ends up being truly special.
