We really have nothing to gauge in respect to McVay's ability to develop qb's.
Both Olson and Lafluer have skins on the wall, McVay has only worked with Cousins who his coach thinks is average and can't get a long term contract.
Gruden earned my respect this season, he can coach.
But let's be real bout something, take Gurley's MVP type performance out of this offense and we're having an entirely different discussion about the Rams.
The Rams offense lost a lot of valuable experience IMO. It remains to be seen how they are affected.
