I don;'t think the qb rating matters much in relation to this issue, I think the score does. And measured that way the Patz had 4 comeback wins with Brady as a 2nd year qb in 2001.

And, Goff could develop that capacity. I think it's possible to develop it with experience. But when he does it won't be like Brady. Brady was doing it early on.
