Once again, I think the toughest thing a HC has to do at any level of football........Put together a Staff.....A staff that is intelligent and works well together. It's not easy to do.

Agreed Oldschool. McVay is good at getting a staff together. I bet he is easy to work with and is well respected so that makes it easier too.
