He had a good year. But a Pro-Bowl year? Not in my eyes.

Pro bowls are to the point of almost "if you are breathing you go.."
So many turn it down with fake injuries and of course the SB teams are out of the mix. Way too watered down now a day.
Give me All Pro status if you are looking to impress.
I see this as recognition that Goff is among the better QBs in the NFC. And so he was in 2017. He had a better year than all but very few guys.
Wentz, Brees, and Wilson were better. Rodgers is the best but hurt. Ryan had an off year, and frankly I think Goff will be better than Ryan very soon if he’s not already. And Prescott showed some serious flaws. Cousins was error prone. Eli was a mess. Keenum and Foles are backups. Stafford is ok but chokes. Garoppolo played a handful of games. Who else would you say was better? I mean, who else would you rather have right now?
I think Goff showed that he’s in the conversation as one of the top 5 QBs in the NFC. That’s all it means to me.
