If they can get him for around $2 - $2.5 mil they ought to keep him. He has lost a step but is still a very good player and good leader.
Gives the Rams the luxury of inserting the youngsters and if one of them can't quite handle it, they have a reliable replacement to insert immediately in Barwin.

But at this point, ideally he should be mostly veteran depth and a spot player as LA Ram says.
