Personally I think Quinn was better in 2014 than this year by a pretty good margin. He was healthy throughout 2017 which was the big difference for him vs. the previous two years. But as far as how he looked and performed in 15 games this year vs. the 17 games of 2015 and 2016 I'm not sure it was that much different. I'm just not sure what Quinn is right now.
