Both teams with really good starting QBs. So they have that of course. But for the Eagles and Seahawks right now both are projected to be among the bottom 6 teams in salary cap space in 2018 and both also have one draft pick in the top 115+ overall. In Philly's case they have
negative cap space at the moment.
So these teams are going to either be jettisoning multiple higher salary players, trading back (and further back...) in the Draft to add some picks, and to some extent standing pat and hoping they stay afloat as is.
