Don't run just to be running. I will say though that
14 carries and 100+ yards meets that by even my standards.
In that game, I would say running the ball was something that should have been done more, but lets stop with this talk of not doing what has been successful. We won nothing since we got away from a passing game. 0. We would lose year after year.
We pass this year more than ever and we are more successful than ever. The pass allows the run to be successful.
