QBs play can fluctuate greatly based on coaching.
Loved Foles making the plays. I don't hold it against him. He seems like a good guy that was a victim of an offensive killer especially QBs with Fisher.
Others like Warner, Bulger, Green, and now Goff benefitted from great coaching.
