McVay had a vision of how he wanted to lead his team when he actually got a HC NFL job. The Rams and "WE NOT ME" were led by a young, innovated HC that took a "group" of young men and turned them in to a "TEAM."

I am soooooo excited about the future of this team and franchise because Sean McVay get's it. He simply get's it. Lead by example and expect nothing less than you are willing to do yourself.
