I think that at least part of the reason that Goff spent so much time on the sidelines was because he, or at least the offense, couldn't sustain any drives. Don't get me wrong, I love Goff, but I think that with another year of experience this would have been a different game.
Well, Falcons took the second half kickoff and kept the ball for almost 9 minutes due to horrendous run defense and horrific tacking.
Nothing Goff or the offense could do there. After that drive I knew we would not win this game.
