I love having offensive HC but I also think having a coordinator that he has symmetry with can add appropriate balance and allow HC to be more of a CEO for the intire team. Phillips won’t always be there and he is sure to have some coaches move on as well.
Are you talking about the DC (Phillips) or the OC (LeFleur) or just coordinators in general?
