Joyner-ufa (Love his heart but he is not the best safety out there. My feeling is Joyner will stay as he feels loyalty to the franchise)
Davis-ufa (Cody is just a guy. He can be replaced)
Hill-rfa (Knows how to play corner but has short comings talent wise)
Webster-major leg injury ( Slow and really plays off his smarts and not his talent)
Rams could upgrade in the secondary and they should try to.
