Can you imagine being 3 years into that contract and the Raiders are still mired in nothing?

I love the personality of Gruden. But to be honest, the guy won one Superbowl (OK....he got hosed in Tuck-gate....but the Rams would have beaten the Raiders if they made it). He wore out his welcome quickly after winning the Superbowl in Tampa. But I guess in Today's NFL, if you can win one Superbowl in 10 years, it's money well spent.
