While some of those teams were snake-bit by injuries (the 2007 team's OL, the 2011 team's secondary, etc.) the overall lack of competitiveness was just so stark. Much worse than what they did 1990-1998 in my opinion. The 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2011 teams were probably their four worst in team history. Or 4 of the worst 5 along with the 2016 team. They were somewhat competitive in 2010 and Bradford had a good rookie year giving fans false hope but that was in a very weak division.
