a 10% drop following an 8% drop is likely saying their is a drop. An unscientific approach is a conversation with my friends and my own viewership. All down. Personally, I've increased the amount of college football I've watched.

So while Nielsen make not get it exactly right, I'm sure the networks will be using this information for contractual purposes.

Plus, I'll make a bet the NFL is worried. If they made adjustments with commercials going into 2017, they know there is an issue.
