Anyway, as I am sure you would agree, whether or not previous teams under previous regimes won a playoff game with a qb starting in the playoffs for the first time is not relevant to the present case.
Unless there's some kind of magic in the logo, there's no kind of connection between those former teams/qbs and this one.
A stat that might matter would be a percentage of NFL qbs in general whose team won in their first playoff start across x amount of years.
Even then you would have to qualify it with other things, such as for example the ranking of each defense involved.
