I never like it when the HC gets ALL the credit for developing a qb.

That seems to follow SM wherever he goes, but you have the QC that is in EVERY meeting and is always in the qb's ear coaching him up.

Working with him on his mechanics his psyche, keeping him pumped up and motivated when he makes an error.

Greg Olson is/has been a fine coach for a longtime.

He deserves a shot.
