One of the beauties of what McVay has put together for a staff at this point is there aren't any hot candidates that you'd expect leave in the near future. Wade is highly unlikely to get bites and people know McVay is the effective OC of the Rams, not LaFleur. I would bet this staff will be together for the most part for a while.
