Pause the video on the USA Today site

You can clearly see that Countess' helmet was in front of and below that of Goodwin. The contact between helmets was the front of Goodwin's helmet on the BACK of Countess', with Goodwin's helmet heading down. That was immediately followed by Countess' right shoulder hitting Goodwin's helmet pretty hard.

I understand trying to avoid situations like this, but not sure what Countess *should* have done in that situation according to the NFL.
