the walk way separating the upper / lower tier of the stadium has "disabled access seating"
and again he probably doesn't fit that profile
I don't know that the Rams can provide a wheelchair, even if Dad doesn't need it, it's nice workaround for annoying situations like this (whether he'd sit in one or not is probably a friction inviting moment)
It's possible they might provide a wheelchair or something to that effect.....thought I am not holding my breath
the car disabled placard would be a great thing to have as they have to provide parking

That all said, the ticket folks at the rams phone number have been very helpful.
If they haven't been thus far, tell the first agent to walk it up a supervisor, and get them to assist.
