Stan is "getting it done" in that way. Not sure what else to praise him for, other than as you mentioned, being willing to open up his ample wallet to pay for coaching talent. (Which will make him many billions over the coming decades).

He's not an impediment to any future Rams dominance, which is the best thing one can say about an owner.
