Not sure when exactly the injury happened but Zuerlein had a herniated disk. When we played Seattle, he was in so much pain that he could barely stand, let alone play but he gutted it out. He was suffering so much that he couldn't sit up in a car on the way home. I think he had surgery the day after the game. They expect him to be back next season, but in the meantime... We've got Sam Ficken as the kicker to finish the season and the playoffs. [www.turfshowtimes.com]
