Several factors for consideration here:

#3 seed vs. #4 seed. That's significant
Keeping starters sharp
Continue the winning mindset
Avoiding injury / getting players healthy - I don't see this factor completely offsetting the others.

I think in the end, McVay will probably straddle the fence.

The starters that are healthy will play a good chunk of the game but maybe not the whole game. The players who are even remotely dinged up will rest.

I do think McVay wants the win.
