Ficken does have one thing going for him in that he's got the Special Teams BEST coach in the league to help him!! I have confidence that "Bones" will bring the best out of this kid. If not, we still have 3 weeks before playoffs start to find another kicker. We should know if he's a keeper or not by then.
... is that he'll be going from not having a job to having an important role on a team (*hopefully* - count no chickens!) headed to the playoffs.
