If you stand next to brick house and you step back 5 yards and run into the house.
1) 1st time, you fall backwards at the base of the wall
2) 2nd time, you fall backwards at the base of the wall
After you do this about 15 times, you can conclude that the brick wall isn't moving.
the evidence here is overwhelming. I am against the death penalty mostly because I fear a mistake could be made. Evidence can be circumstantial. Witnesses are human and make mistakes, there could be planted evidence, there could be wrong person in the place at wrong time, and so all.
I believe if it was beyond all doubt instead of beyond a reasonable doubt, than maybe I would consider.
The evidence here is so overwhelming, that I believe it is beyond all doubt versus beyond a responsible double that Jeff Fisher is so so bad with offenses, specifically the QBs and the passing game. It would pass the criteria of beyond ALL DOUBT.
Your milk analogy may hold water, because it would be like after 100 times, you have an accident after drinking milk and the other 200,000 times you do not drink milk there is no accident. all 100 times you drink milk there is an accident. You can conclude this.
This is something wrong with the milk.
That is the kind of evidence we have with Fisher and offenses.
