when Snead said before the 2016 season that they could have won a lot of games with Keenum, if he had been their starter before that.

I guess he would have been right if he had said "if we had Keenum and DIDN'T have Fisher."

Seeing how things have turned out coupled with the Snead / Fisher conflict rumors, I'm certain that Snead wanted to say that last part but couldn't for obvious reasons.
