Is what I have said forever. You watch all these athletic QBs who run around for10 seconds then make crazy plays and the first this from the announcers mouth is; you know so and so could never make that play!
To wit MY answer remains; a good pocket passer understands the entire play pre and post snap. They know all the routes, have figured out match ups and throw the ball on time. This no need for all the theatrics and back yard bs.
I am not saying Foles is taking the Eagles to the SB or that he is better than Wentz. I am saying there is far more than one way to skin a cat and that a good pocket passer who gets the ball to his play makers is an invaluable QB on ANY team.
