Start with the obvious- minimal penalties (including no long PIs and no personal fouls...) and have a positive turnover ratio. Honestly, that alone probably would do it.
The Rams are 7-0 when Gurley gets more than 20 touches and 2-4 when he doesn’t. Scheme him as the focal point. Period. But another reason they need to ride Gurley is they need TOP and to run something like 65 plays. 45 plays like vs. PHIL doesn't cut it. Part of why that happened was the quick TD after the opening turnover and the punt block. But still. 65 plays. 25-28 in Gurley's hands. And that helps keep Wilson on the sidelines.
Last, harass Wilson. Knock him down, get him on the ground. Make life miserable for him. Keep rotating players in to keep the front seven fresh. Donald, Brockers, Quinn, Westbrooks, Longacre, Barwin, Fox, Ebukam
all need to have good days.
Play great special teams. Win the field position battle.
