it all depends on who the team drafts. I think the Titans, similarly to the Rams drafted quite poorly with all the picks they got from the trade. Also, despite their record, they simply are not very good. Mariota has regressed significantly this year, so has their o line. Their D is weak, especially the secondary, and their wrs are pretty weak....corey davis has been a bust this year. The trade should have strongly favored the Titans, but in the end, i guess you could say it is a wash or advantage Rams.
