Rams will win; I am more confident of that than the Vikings, Saints and Eagles game. Here is why:
For me, when an up and coming team plays the 'old', tired and injured, divisional repeat champion, the young team will always rise up and win when it is for a division title---this game means the world to the Rams, and to Seattle they assume they will 'will' themselves to victory because they are the old dogs. This seems to be a common historical thing (eg Pistons vs Celtics 1988-89 or the 19985 Rams-49ers MNF game)
Rams will win. If they don't I will be hugely disappointed--and will blame McVay.
Rams have this going for them:
*Rams are the better team. Playing in Seattle is more difficult than other places, but really that is a very, very
small thing in THIS game.
*Most of the Rams players have waited their whole career for a game like this:
This includes: Woods, Saffold, Joyner, AOgle, A Donald, Brockers, Watkins, RobeyCGurley, TruJo
*Seattle is going down the age slope (compared to 2013-2015)
*Wagner may not play; this is huge for the run and pass game.
*Seattle was beat up by the Jags.....watch the 4th quarter.
Only 2 players scare me for Seattle: Wilson and Frank Clark....BEnnet looks old
I expect Seattle to go up 10-0 in the first quarter, and then the Rams roar back and we giggle with delight at Seattle going down!!!!!!!!!!!
Now the game against the Titans.....well, that is something else....
Oh, and those pesky 49ers.....oy vei...did I tell you about Garropamo.
