more good perspective

They understand the process and while really disappointed they realize what's in their control and trust that process they've followed all year. This Rams team has faced a gauntlet of arguably 3 of the top 4 teams in the league the past month and gone to-to-toe every time. Now they go on the road in a tough environment against a good team they know well. Seattle is more beat up than the Rams are. But always dangerous.

Turnovers and penalties. Penalties and turnovers. When they commit too many of those they get in trouble. When they don't, they win. Against anyone.

Get healthy. Keep Whitworth and Havenstein on the couch for a few days. Get Johnson healthy. Come up with a great game plan and avenge that October 8th game where they turned the ball over five times yet still were 20 yards from winning the game...
