There are the NTs that can plug two gaps but couldn't chase down a runaway snail.
Then there are NTs that use quickness with strength to defend two gaps but can also penetrate and chase.
There's probably other types as well.
So far, Wade seems to be using guys who are quick and can penetrate as opposed to being block walls. Maybe that's because that's all the Rams have. Or maybe that's what he prefers. I don't know.
But I don't think we're very good at NT either way.
However I'm not so sure that we need to spend a 1st rounder on a NT. I'd rather see that draft capital spent either on a LOT or a pass rush OLB or a CB.
