Teams evolve through the year. Are the Rams the same team now as they were in weeks 1-4? Certainly not imo, the defense is substantially different at a minimum.
Homefield advantage is not taken into account, nor is the difference in a team after a bye, after a loss, etc.
For example, the Vikings have all of their wins vs playoff teams at home except one.

What this does not tell you?
1. The Steelers game was a short week after the Saints win.
2. The Falcons were on a short week after a cross country trip vs Seattle.
