Another stat that i have found valuable is what i call the "outscoring your opponent" stat.
It especially holds true in the playoffs.
I've noticed that 100 percent of all playoff teams that outscore their opponents in all of their playoff games and super bowl, go on to win the Super Bowl.

Granted I'm a real 'stat' guy, and complicated quantum math is second nature to me.
