Though I don't consider Sammy Watkins to be an "elite" WR (ala Julio Jones), I do see him as a legit #1-type of receiver. Despite this, I've declined endorsing the Rams resigning him pending proof that he can stay healthy.
With 13 games into the season, those concerns have been alleviated. Pending an end-of-the-season MRI on his surgically-repaired foot, I think the Rams should try to resign him to a deal similar to what Jeffrey got from the Eagles. With a full off-season to master the offense and get comfortable with Goff, Watkins will really show what he's capable of.
