Hopefully, he proves us all correct.
It's not mutually exclusive.
1. Productive rookie player who has the respect of his team and coaches.
2. A guy who has on occasion literally and figuratively dropped the ball in clutch situations, like in the endzone and on some crucial 3rd downs, which is a thing with some players or can be. Like I said, open question.
A player can be both things. Both things can be true.
Though the answer to the question posed in #2 is still not clear yet.
