Listen to what you are saying, you can remember two plays
in his career off the top of your head that he caught long bombs. How many big plays can you think of off the top of your head just this year? The Rams are leading the league in big plays this season.
Last year Tavon had one of the lowest yards per catch and had one of the highest drop percentages in the league. Tavon has bad hands, he is bad at tracking the deep ball, he is bad at boxing players out, and he is bad at making contested catches.
Tavon is not a bad football player, I actually like the way he is being used especially considering our backup running back situation. However, Tavon is a bad receiver and it's awesome to have a coach that finally recognizes that.
Edit: I think throwing to Tavon on a trick play or something like that might actually be a good idea, but I don't think it should be a regular part of the offense.
