but I think you have to take into consideration his coaching influence with current Rams.. especially those still quite young.
And that, to be fair, can be both 'good' and 'bad'.
I happen to think the 'formative' years, those early years, are critical... and not so much in X's and O's... all X's and O's have their place... but rather, in mechanics, reprogramming innate talent into a foreign concept IMHO can destroy an otherwise promising player... BUT... good coaching can do the opposite... bring out talent where beforehand there were only indications. I don't think Fisher saw beyond his own perspective of 'all'.. which CAN be very, very good... it can also destroy.
