Rams showed Cover-2, but could be seen as 2 Man and they played 2-man, but Brees threw it where they coud have been a hole in Cover-2. Hard to think he got fooled, so giving him the benefit of the doubt he threw it to someone in man coverage, but not to the open man, so either way, error on Brees.
